I am a multidisciplinary designer with 10 years of experience helping businesses and nonprofits solve problems, improve their processes, and craft great experiences for their users. Currently, I am a Service Designer at tthe University of Alberta.

 

I came to design through a deep curiosity about people — what delights them, what frustrates them, what makes their days easier, and how small improvements can make a big impact. It's equal parts humbling and motivating to know someone interacts with something I designed as part of their everyday life. Whether I’m designing products, writing content, or shaping systems, I aim to make digital experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and kind. ​​​​​
